A legal disclaimer

At Golden Health Home Care Agency LLC, we are committed to providing safe, ethical and reliable in- home care services. The following policies are in place to ensure quality care, transparency and mutual respect between our agency, our clients and their families.

1. Service Hours & Scheduling

Our services are available 7 days a week. Scheduling is flexible and based on the plan selected. Changes or cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made with property notice may be eligible for rescheduling. No show or same day cancellations may incur a fee or loss of session credit, depending on the terms of your plan.

3. Payments 

Payments is due in advance for weekly or monthly plans. We accept in- person payments (cash or check), banks transfers and secure online payments options. Late payments may lead to a temporary suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

4. Service Agreement

All clients are required to review and sign a Service Agreement prior to the start of care. This agreement outlines the scope of services, rates, responsibilities and expectations for both parties. It is a vital step to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.

5. Caregiver Conduct

Our caregivers are certified, background/checked and trained to uphold high standards of professionalism and empathy. Any concerns regarding services delivery should be reported directly to our administrative team.

6. Client Privacy

We strictly adhere to HIPPA guidelines to protect all personal and medical information. Clients details are never shared without written consent.

7. Safety and Emergency Policy

In the event to an emergency, caregivers will follow established safety protocols, contact emergency services if necessary and notify the client's designated contact immediately.

8. Custom Care Plans

Each client receives a personalized care plan based on their unique needs. Plans are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted with input from the client and their family.

9. Non-Discrimination Policy

Golden Health Home Care Agency LLC does not discriminate on the basic of race, color, religion, gender, age, disability or national origin. We are committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.
